Marjatta Metsovaara designed Elle-kukka in 1970. It is one of her imaginative floral patterns, and one of the most successful print designs in the Nordic countries, ideal for curtains. Permanently flame retardant material printed with brilliant colors and sharp contours, the fabric has a slightly more shiny look than our heavy satin cotton qualities.
The fabric is certified by the STANDARD 100 by OEKOTEX® Class 2 - the highest category for permanently fire retardant fabrics and home textiles. The high-end material absorbs almost no water when washed and dries almost instantly.
